This document — *Creating Purchase Orders from MRP Recommendations in Apache OFBiz* — explains how OFBiz’s MRP engine identifies material shortages and how those recommendations flow directly into the Purchase Order creation process.
The guide walks through the end-to-end procurement workflow, showing how planners can review recommended requirements, convert them into POs, and manage procurement more efficiently using Apache OFBiz.
