The issue reports that when a screen uses portlets, the Help system displays the portlet's internal ID rather than the visible screen label, which is confusing to end users. This is a UX concern rather than a functional bug, and the issue has had only one comment in 14 years. The Help system in OFBiz appears to see limited usage and maintenance activity overall. If anyone actively uses the Help system and considers this a real pain point, or is willing to work on a fix, please speak up.
