Boris, You can, thought I would not recommend doing that. As you would not know what version of your hive script you've used for each coord action.
Instead, I'd suggest that you do some kind of apps versioning management, and you change the current coord job to end when you are ready to switch to the new workflow and start a new one using the new workflow app. hope this helps.
