Hello,

This error is seen because you have used the parameter ${inputData} in your
workflow, but not provided the value for it in job.properties, config-xml or
any upstream configuration e.g. Coordinator/bundle.

Please check that. Also could you explain your job a bit more and provide the
xml definition?

Thanks,

Mona

Cloudera's twitter analysis? Are you sure you've got the right person?

Subject: Oozie error - URGENT Help required !

Hello Mona,

How are you ? Hope you are doing good. I am facing the same error in Oozie
which you faced while performing cloudera's twitter analysis.Oozie is not able
to partition Hive table.

ELException in ActionStartCommand javax.servlet.jsp.el.ELException: variable
[inputData] cannot be resolved

And :

 * Flume is working fine. (able to fetch data and store in /user/flume/tweets)
 * Hive is working fine ( i created tweets table)
 * Oozie configurations are perfectly set.

I am still clueless about the error. It would be a great help for me If you
could provide me a quick solution.
Regards,
Kavish Ahuja
