It's not the workflow definiton. It's action tag with nested tags.
1. You have to provide values for the variables. It's hard to guess
variable values by their names. Sorry.
2. I can guess that *<delete path="${output}/Report"/>* is wrong
should be: *<delete path="${nameNode}/${output}/Report"/>*
For more specific help you need to provide exact varialbes values during
workflow run.
