Hello Dapeng, Oozie 4.0.0 is backward compatible with 3.3.0. However, there is a Database Schema change, so you will have to use the Oozie DB CLI script to upgrade to the new schema. Refer to those instructions in the Quick Start - http://oozie.apache.org/docs/4.0.0/DG_QuickStart.html
Yahoo already uses 4.0.0 in production.
