Hello,

Oozie POM files specify the Hadoop version that it is going to be built
against (is not parameterizable). Hence passing any -Dhadoop.version will
not work. In the POM files, the version is 2.2.0 now (after you removed
-SNAPSHOT correctly).

So use
bin/mkdistro.sh -Dhadoop.version=2.2.0 -DskipTests
