Hi Matthias, Very excited to see the repeated interest of Spark-Oozie. As Som mentioned , Java action is a choice. In an ideal case, I would suggest to include it as a first class action such as Pig, Hive etc. The Oozie community will definitely help your team in this regard.
Btw I don't see any problem to support your three scenarios through Oozie.
