Resume is failing for the workflow 0000000-140804131302514-oozie-oozi-W as this workflow is not suspended
Coordinator has concurrency which defines how many workflows can run in parallel. Error from CoordActionReadyXCommand max concurrency reached means that there are already enough workflows running, so it will not another workflow. Once the running workflows complete, oozie will automatically launch new workflow for that coordinator So, none of these logs show any error and these are not the reasons for job stuck.
