Hey,

Solved my problem by doing the following 2 steps:

1 - Change on tez-site.xml:
 tez.lib.uris = hdfs:///apps/tez/,hdfs:///apps/tez/lib/

2 - On the workflow xml add the property tez.lib.uris  with the value above.
