You can make use of the new crontab syntax support in Oozie (see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OOZIE-1306). With it, you can express your job with a cron scheduling string such as "0 2 * * 1,5", which would imply the job should run every Monday and Friday at 2:00 AM, every month and every year.
