This again seems not to be working on HDP 2.3.2

This command was run using 
/usr/hdp/2.3.2.0-2950/hadoop/lib/hadoop-common-2.7.1.2.3.2.0-2950.jar

oozie version
Oozie client build version: 4.2.0.2.3.2.0-2950

Any idea if the property is updated to a new one or some new config?
