Gautam, Oozie have instrumental logs which expose real time metrics to graphite/Ganglia. It has been recently introduced by OOZIE-2251 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OOZIE-2251> . Though It would not satisfy your need. Still It is very useful to collect important metrics about oozie.
