Answer-2: In a general sense, you need not add the property "oozie.action.sharelib.for.java=xxx,xxx" for your java action, unless you want to add some more jars (libraries) in your class path. The "xxx" value, represents the directory name under your "/user/oozie/share/lib/lib_*****/xxx" path.
