Hi It is recommended to use a Oozie Unix user for the Oozie server. See: https://oozie.apache.org/docs/4.2.0/DG_QuickStart.html#Server_Installation
On the other hand, it is not necessary to submit workflows as the oozie user because the Oozie client uses the REST API to communicate with the Oozie server.
