I just integrated the openEJB 0.9.2 release with NetBeans IDE 3.6 which runs the Tomcat servlet container 5.0.19. I've ran the HelloWorld example successfully!
I'm curious if openEJB is still necessary? I'm new to the EJB server world and am not sure if I'm duplicating efforts. Does anyone know if this latest release of Tomcat supports EJB's? Thanks.
