Ok I’ve found what was the problem. In fact when I update my openmeetings, I keep 3 things I copy back to the newly openmeetings directory: jodconverter-core-3.0-beta-4, mysql-connector-java-5.1.23-bin, and persistence.xml (modified and rename from mysql_persistence.xml) I just realize that mysql_persistence.xml is updated too !! So my persistence.xml was obsoleted, I modify with my BDD name and password and renamed the RC3 mysq_persistence.xml with persistence.xml, and yes email invitation works now !
