Afonso, Looks like if you update your OS and install automatically a new versions of swftools and ffmpeg (for the other error recording).
Are you in Ubuntu? If yes, after compile ffmpeg you must block it, so no can install a new version when update. Swftools of Ubuntu repositories, have not de feature: pdf2swf, so cannot convert and upload to whiteboard. Regards ...............................
