build OM with openlaszlo ver 4.9 & 4.9.5

Hello,
i noticed in the build.xml file that to compile  using "openlaszlo46" ver
4.9.5 , and
"openlaszlo" ver 4.9.
my question is what are the differences and how its affect the built in
openmeetings?
