Hello Linas,

It seems like you have organisation with no name in your backup file
you can:
1) open zip
2) edit organisation.xml (remove bad entry/correct it)
3) drop db
4) create db + run it one more time

If you will send me your backup (privately) I can fix it and you can use
2.1.1 nightly build to perform import
