Hello, doublebooking is currently available by design :( And yes you are right, SIP rooms can not be created in via calendar :( I believe the only option to workaround that right now is to create rooms via SOAP/REST (*modifyRoomParameter<http://openmeetings.apache.org/RoomService.html#modifyRoomParameter> can set/update any room parameter including **sipEnabled*)
