Hello folks, AFAIU, there is a problem that Openmeetings room screen by default contains too many interface items. Maxim told me, the design is overloaded. I believe Roman's idea is to keep things relatively simple until people want more. If they want a whiteboard, they click somewhere, and whiteboard appears. I believe it may appear on the top half of the chat window. This is not completely different from what do we have now, the main difference is that people have a chat window opened by default, and whiteboard window collapsed.
Roman, is it correct? BTW, we get one more interesting idea for mathematical whiteboard to implement. See http://bay73.github.io/whiteboard/ The question about this whiteboard is, does it worth to implement this geometry whiteboard as a "special separate whiteboard", or should we merge two boards into one? -- With best regards / с наилучшими пожеланиями, Alexei Fedotov / Алексей Федотов, http://dataved.ru/ +7 916 562 8095 On Mon, Jun 3, 2013 at 6:52 PM, Maxim Solodovnik <[email protected]> wrote: > > it is nice, > the only issue with this design is: no whiteboard :( > > > On Mon, Jun 3, 2013 at 9:37 PM, Alexei Fedotov > <[email protected]>wrote: > > > Maxim, folks, > > > > Roman has prepared a sketch for the new room design.
