You can not send e-mail to multiple users.
Log files are located in the log folder.

Your should set proper values in the Admin->Configuration for the next
parameters:
smtp_server, smtp_port, system_email_addr, email_username, email_userpass and
mail.smtp.starttls.enable.
Mail server send e-mail every three minutes.
