Do it telling you Alfonso and after this...

...take a look the path to OpenOffice or LibreOffice
it is the rihgt in your Administration --> Configuration
OpenMeetings.

OpenOffice convert ODT files to pdf, and swftools convert
this pdf to swf file that you will see in the whiteboard.
