Weird that its not allowing you to enter into room without email_username and
email_userpass.
Run the below query against open meetings DB :
UPDATE configuration SET conf_value='aysha' WHERE conf_key IN
('email_username', 'email_userpass');
Restart the red5 server.
NB: You should use proper email and password for prod env.
