Did you do a clean build on the Windows Server ? (or did you just copy over the OpenMeetings build files from your Windows 7/8 to your Windows Server?) Try doing a build on the Windows server, does it build without errors ? Did you install all the supporting software ? (i.e. whatever you installed on Windows 7/8 have you also installed to your Server ?) What version of Windows Server is it? Windows Server 2012 ? What error message if any is displayed? And what if anything is in the [openmeetings/red5] log files ?
