I also think Login using alternative methods (eg, Facebook, etc.) will
be configured by the administrator.
For this purpose I create two views of Sign In page with and without
alternative ways.

would be administrator selectable option, as we do not use these
systems, and actively discourage their use (other than for personal
use at home).

I'm afraid word "or" in the login dialog is not good idea because it
will be difficult to localize it. In some languages word "or" could be
very long and couldn't be placed in the circle.
