Hi Lee, In your installation path edit the file config.xml:
gedit /opt/red5211/webapps/openmeetings/config.xml ...and about the line 35 change: <rtmphostlocal></rtmphostlocal> to <rtmphostlocal>YOUR-SERVER_IP</rtmphostlocal> ...and restart.
