Hi Maxim, Thanks for the pointers. The grep shows the path to be correct i.e. /usr/bin. When I run the full command I get no errors yet the problem persists. Here’s the full command I executed.
/usr/bin/convert -thumbnail 240x240 /usr/lib/red52/webapps/openmeetings/upload/profiles/profile_1/profile.jpg /usr/lib/red52/webapps/openmeetings/upload/profiles/profile_1/_big_profile.jpg and various variations for chat and profile.
