Thanks for the response.  I actually found the images I was reffering to in the 
\openmeetings\css\images folder.  I believe that widgets should be able to be 
disabled on the system level.  Looking at the widgets where is the config file 
for the “News” widget.  Also in the future I think we should add a server wide 
“Theme” option.  I have several users who are a bit older (50-60+) that find 
the current color scheme of OM3 hard to read.

Hello Bobby,
every user can edit Dashboard in OM3.
To add you need to go to Profile->Widgets
To remove you need to close widget using "x" icon

Hopefully we will add more useful widgets
Currently there is no way to completely disable widgets (on system level) do we 
need it?
