ok.. I figured it out...

OM 2.2

enter a room with whiteboard, 1 moderator and 1 user. Give the user the
privilege to use the whiteboard.

User left the room and comes back. User has no whiteboard-privileges,
but is still able to close and add whiteboars, but just for his view...
so if he close the whiteboard with the action, he can not follow the
class...
Re-enter the room the view will be the same as for the others.

The problem seems to be solved in 3.0..
