Many thanks for your work! I don't think about the amount of code - maybe it isn't much complicated to add a configuration menu so that users can create their own roomtypes with individual aspects? A switch (available/disabled) for video / audio / whiteboard for the different groups (moderator, audience etc.) can select the room specifics and can be saved to "new roomtype"...
