you need to install latest Maven

then run
mvn install -pl openmeetings-server -Ddb=mysql -Dunpacked=true
OM will be available in
openmeetings-server/target/server folder

to speed-up everything you can add
-Dmaven.test.skip=true -Dold-backups.dwnd.skip=true

you can change DB type changing -Ddb=mysql option

for debug version please add -Dwicket.mode=DEVELOPMENT
