Could you please create 2-3 JIRA issues about it? 1) chat should be topmost (I believe it will be in 3.1.0 2) add ability to minimize screen-sharing video (I believe there should be "Pause" button) 3) re-order fields on screen-sharing applet (should be extremely easy)
