Hi, We've been using OpenMeetings for a while (3 years). The sysadmin who made the installation is not working here anymore. And I just realized that there is no recording produced by OpenMeetings. We're running version 3.02 revision 1598809 (another sysadmin made the update).
I think a few pieces were missing... I followed this excellent tutorial<http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/openmeetings-user/201403.mbox/raw/%[email protected]%3E/2> to install ffmpeg, sox, swftools, jodconverter and lame for mp3. Now, I'm getting a partial file, but no output is still available. Can you help me pinpoint what is missing or not operating correctly? Here is the error log for the production of recording.
