You should not create tables, you should create database use this
command:
CREATE DATABASE openmeetings DEFAULT CHARACTER SET 'utf8';
If you update openmeeting you should make backup and import.

What command you use to create openmeetings database.

I dont exacly know why this table is not there. Installation didnt
give any problem. How can I fix this one?
