Hello All, While 3.0.x+ development the feature to enter the room by id was added. This introduce the following issue: "(OPENMEETINGS-1092) users can use the calendar room to make conference after the end-date of the conference room".
I see several options to fix it (all have pros and cons): 1) allow all invited internal users to use this room forever. By URL or from Calendar (this will allow all users to access room files) 2) allow all invited internal users to use this room forever from Calendar only 3) allow access to appointment owner only 4) deny access to everybody I feel it might be necessary to access the room before appointment start (to prepare WB, room files etc.) as well as after the appointment end to save WB files, WBs, chat history etc. I would vote for 1) or 2) What do you think?
