Have you drop/reinstall OM after changing version to
3.0.3?
According to "people in the room continue also to hear
him" it sounds impossible (flash responcibe for
audio/video is completely removed on exit ... )
can you reproduce it on our demo server:

Maybe any specific steps to reproduce?
