Video conference layout question

Hi all,

I currently testing OpenMeetings v3 in our environment.
Run on CentOS 6.5 with red5sip and asterisk integration.

All looks good, but i dont see how to do "auto-layout" dashboard when running video conference with several members?
I mean that all video windows from members should be arranged in a grid and single-sized.

And, it's possible to auto-scale video window of speaking member?
