Hi, what version are you using now?
Please use 3.0.3, drop DB and reinstall OM. And then provide logfiles and config please.

hi, the issue was happening on 3.0.1 and 3.0.3I have dropped the database reupload the openmeetings folder and run a new installation again but it didn't fix the issue.
