red5:

/etc/init.d/red5 stop

...and run it again:

/etc/init.d/red5 start

Then go directly to:

http://hostname:5080/openmeetings   ...without install...

I had the first time the same...issue?...but was resolve it
so. It is not OM but Centos 7.
