Java Version for Openmeetings 3.0.3

Hi team,

What version of Java at client that matching with Openmeetings 3.0.3? I am 
using Java JRE-7.0 now, but Recording feature can not launch quickly by client, 
not as previous version of Openmeetings 3.0.0.
