Thank you for your answer but I do not know what I must to do with Java Control 
Panel, because the hints not exist.

This day I am uninstalled JRE (was version 7, upgrade to 7u55, upgrade to 8) 
and install version 7 again. The problem gone without other trick.

Playing Openmeetings 3.0.3 with Actions > Share/Record now successfully appear 
in 2-3 seconds, except I can not stop Recording although I click it alot. I 
just close pop-up Share/Record menu and Recording process suddenly stop.

My problem is solved, thank you.
