1) Your client machine seems to be not powerful enough to grab and encode
screen fast enough :( I'll try to improve code a little bit, but currently
you need more powerful client machine :(

2) your ffmpeg is incomplete :(  "Unknown encoder 'libmp3lame'" please
recompile using following instructions:
