the most straightforward way is:
1) ./admin.sh -v -b -file backup_3_0_3.zip
*on this step you will have all configurations, all DB data and all
user/room files*
2) unpack new OM, add necessary DB driver, set DB connection properties
3) ./admin.sh -v -i -file backup_3_0_3.zip --drop --skip-default-rooms
*on this step the script will drop existing DB, will create new one and
will fill it with your previous data*
