somehow connection URL is bad:
rtmp://om.sample.com:7443/openmeetings/2
should be
*rtmps*://om.sample.com:7443/openmeetings/2
seems to be configuration issue :(((

to file JIRA issue
1) go to: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENMEETINGS
2) login/create account
3) select "Create" button and create new issue
