code looks OK, and the hash part "#user/dashboard" shouldn't be added.

You can try to change "getTestingUrl" method as follows:
--return getUrl() + '?swf=networktesting' + ($debug ? 'debug' : '') +
'.swf10.swf';
++return getAppBaseUrl() + '?swf=networktesting' + ($debug ? 'debug' : '')
+ '.swf10.swf';
