1Mbps up and 1Mbps down. (not 3.5\18Gb) If you are expecting more you should go back to the VPS provider and them to investigate. Why a such difference between nload command and the "Network test" result ? Is there something to investigate in the OM configuration ? Honestly, we don't know how to deal with a such difference between our theoritical bandwidth and the reality... Where the lags and freeze are coming from ?
