Thirumal,

Before changing the OS, would you like to try the following approach.
Re-install JODConverter, ImageMagick (which also installs Ghostscript), and then SWFTools. 

By using package manager "apt-get".
Then configure it as Alvaro suggested in his previous email. Then find the path and set up symlink as follows: 

#> find /  -name "convert"

Which will return the  <path-to-convert>

#> ln -sfv <path-to-convert> /usr/bin

Then we'll see if pdf2swf file is in /usr/local/bin.

Please do this:

cd /usr/local/bin

ls

...and look for a file called pdf2swf

...and say if is there.
