I've found the easiest way to reinstall is to delete all contents of the dir 
where you're running OM (my case it is /opt/om/) and then re-extract the tar 
file. You'll also want to delete whatever database you were using or create a 
new schema with a different name for the new installation.

instruction on the installation as the username and password.
